Job Description

CBS Business Consulting LTD is seeking a customer service representative to join our team. This position is based out of our Glasgow location. The customer service representative will be responsible for providing product information and service to customers in the Glasgow area.

Job Duties
Customer Service:

  • Provide accurate and professional information to customers, answering questions regarding product performance, specifications, and warranty status.
  • Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle special orders and provide accurate pricing information.
  • Process returns and refunds accurately.
  • Process credit card payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Sales:

  • Generate sales by providing accurate and informative information to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales by following up with customers after orders are placed and following up on accounts that have been neglected over time.
  • Identify potential new accounts through referrals and maintain existing accounts through follow-up on new account leads and closing the sale.
  • Prepare sales presentations for sales meetings by completing training sessions on company provided software as scheduled.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £21,364.00-£22,838.00 per year

Education:

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer Facing: 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
