Hi Team,

Please work on below requirement with our client “Vodafone” for the role of “Customer Support- Chat”.

We have drive in Bangalore location on Wednesday & in Pune Thursday.

No of positions-5

Location – Bangalore

Salary – 5 LPA( 30% hike including 10%variable)

Exp – 1+ years

Job Description:

· Be a team player

· Be Disciplined and Punctual

· Good communication skills

· Handling Mobility queries over the Webchats and Emails

· Handle Ordering, Billing, Provisioning, Cancellations, General and admin related queries.

· To ensure to achieve all service level agreement targets such as NPS, productivity, AHT, Quality and FCR on Chats and Emails.

· Basic knowledge of Email writing and Chat handling (CXX skills.).

· Ability and eagerness to learn different skills and knowledge within Mobility team

· Basic knowledge on Telecom Industry, Mobility, Broadband and internet.

· To ensure all the process KPIs are met for themselves and influence the team towards the same

· To act as the First level of contact for escalations raised

· To suggest process improvement ideas and implement them successfully

· To suggest and implement innovative process improvement ideas

· To collaborate with other teams and engage in cross-functional initiatives

· To identify the process training needs of the team and raise it to the Manager/trainer or arrange sessions to fill in the GAP identified in terms of process

· To effectively manage their leaves to ensure seamless operation of the process

· To act as Mentors for new joiners and existing colleagues in the team

· Willing to work in shifts and rotational Offs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
