The role:
Inpay is recruiting a Business Process Specialist to join its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team located in central Copenhagen.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely together to ensure the continuous improvement of the Governance, Risk and Compliance framework and Enterprise Risk Management of Inpay.
Together with the team you will support all aspects of the Inpay business, and your primary task will be to assisting the team in quality assuring the documentation of new and existing business processes to ensure regulatory compliance. This includes improving, updating, testing, and documenting relevant and business critical documentation in close collaboration with respective managers and other stakeholders.

Your primary tasks will be:
- Support the quality assurance of documented processes and procedures.
- Assisting in updating document registers and PowerPoint presentations.
- Conducting 2nd line controls?
- Assisting in ensuring communication and ease of access to the business process documentation across Inpay
- Ad hoc participation across portfolio of projects and initiatives
Your profile:
- You are used to working with Office365, specifically Sharepoint
- You have a talent for PowerPoint Presentations
- You have an interest in working with and optimizing cross functional business processes.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You possess Project management and execution skills.
- PowerBI and PowerAutomate knowledge is an advantage..
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the ISO framework is an advantage.
