The position ensures the support to the IT enduser for IT Infrastructure – Standard Hardware and
Software – located at the user area
Participation in 2st level support according to our service desk schedule
Support for internal users
Maintain documentation for Endsuer support
Identification, analysis and resolution of hardware and software malfunctions
Cooperation with the vendors
Asset-Management tool for IT enduser equipment
Monitoring stock of hardware
Ensure that sufficient and up-to-date hardware is available
Livecycle management of enduser equipment
Your experience s and skills
Vocational training of at least 3 years or completed studies (HTL) in the area of informatics
Good German and English language skills
Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and analytical thinking
Skills in the area of IT: Hardware: PC, smartphones, printer; Asset Managemement and lifecycle management; Basic skills in network and server

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits . The minimum salary for this position is € 46.346,72 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
