Job Description:
1. Monitoring, processing and tracking delivery order and invoice confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary.
2. Tracking and liaising with Finance for supplier payments, to ensure any financial issues are smoothly and quickly resolved.
3. Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company quality requirements
4. Organize logistics to ensure efficient and effective deliveries by monitor and manage inventory control including organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
5. Support Procurement & Logistic team with administrative duties such as:

To assist the department and carry out additional duties and responsibilities to ensure smooth running of daily operation in office such as filing documents, updating master list and other ad-hoc task as assigned instructed by superior from time to time. Maintaining all documents relating to Procurement & Logistic accordance with company requirement
Job Requirement:
1. At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, specializing in Purchasing / Inventory & Material or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is requiredfor this position. Preferably Junior level.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
4. Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
5. MS Office competency, particularly Excel & Outlook.
6. Good interpersonal skills,especially will be able to communicate externally with supplierand internally with colleagues.
7. Strong attention to details.
8. Quick learner, independent, proactive and can adapt to new environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
